I've seen over the last few days a lot of stories, comments and mixed messages about farmers having to dump milk.
I thought I'd clear a few things up as the perspective from the farm.
Many people are asking about disposal of raw milk and whether that product can be donated instead. No farmer wants to discard raw milk but rapid fluctuations in demand in the marketplace have made this necessary in some areas. ? 1/4
